village and are walking distance to the facilities of the township. Hanmer Springs

and retail, and the property is creeping to the outer limits of the village and
beyond. Such properties give an idea of distance in kilometers in the property
description. Although nowhere is very far in Hanmer, so it could be a more
athletic walk or a short distance in the car.
